Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price is due prior to booking future appointments. No shows and same day cancellations are subject to a fee of 100% of the service price prior to booking future appointments. I do offer a grace period of 15 minutes for tardiness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled or adjusted. Appointments that result in being canceled or adjusted same day will result in above cancellation penalties. Thank you in advance for valuing both our time and booking consciously!
